They are seeking a Franchise Sales and Systems Intern to assist in the Franchising Department, where the intern will shadow various functions, participate in sourcing franchisees, and support training processes.

Responsibilities

Shadow all functions within the Franchising Department. This includes shadowing and learning more about the marketing, recruiting and franchising process along with the admin side to support stores
Active participant of the Zone Development team by assisting with sourcing traditional Franchisees, qualifying and approving candidates for all Franchises
Work with Field Ops and Training to provide additional support mechanisms for candidates entering the Franchise system
Requests and reviews various documents and information to determine suitability of applicants
Schedules Franchisee for training and monitors Franchisee's progress throughout the training period

Required

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field

Exceptional attention to detail, time management and prioritization skills
Ability to independently lead projects and collaborate with cross-functional colleagues
Curiosity, creativity, and an eagerness to learn
Solid understanding of business etiquette
Optimistic, positive, and ready-for-anything attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
