Facility Maintenance Technician at All American Indoor Sports
Challenger Sports is the nation's leading provider of soccer camps and clinics, and they are seeking a Facility Maintenance Technician responsible for the upkeep of the All American Indoor Sports facility. The role involves performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting issues, conducting inspections, and responding to emergency maintenance requests.

Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC systems, and other building fixtures
Identify and troubleshoot issues related to building systems and equipment, and take appropriate action to resolve them efficiently
Conduct minor repairs and renovations as needed, including painting, carpentry, and drywall repair
Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify safety hazards, ensure compliance with building codes and regulations, and take corrective actions as necessary
Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests, such as power outages, leaks, or equipment failures, and take appropriate measures to minimize disruptions
Assist with cleaning and janitorial tasks as needed to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the facility
Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and expenditures to track maintenance history and identify recurring issues
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Two or more years in maintenance, facilities management, or a related field is required
Strong carpentry, painting, drywall experience in order to make minor repairs and renovations
Strong technical skills and knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems
Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with colleagues, and external vendors
Independent judgment to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload
Self-motivated and goal-driven
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to work a varied schedule including weekends and weekday nights as required
