Mid LevelAviagen North America is seeking a Poultry Vaccination Lead Technician to oversee vaccination procedures and manage crew efficiency. The role involves ensuring biosecurity, handling vaccines, and maintaining health and safety standards for employees.

Responsibilities
Must be able to work flexible hours and be on call 24 hours/7 days a week
Must be able to ensure that all vaccination and move procedures are performed correctly by crew
Able to manage a crew with high efficiency and high quality standards
Must properly handle vaccine in transport as well as in the chicken houses ensuring the biosecurity of farms, equipment, area buildings, vehicles, etc. is a major duty
Must be able to complete schedules and service reports
Must be able to repair vaccination equipment, injection guns, water-vac pumps, etc
Must be able to do blood monitoring and rodent inspections involving baiting and checking traps
Health & Safety of employees is a major part of job duties
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's License
Experience in vaccinations and pullet moves
Must be a good organizer with the ability to work and communicate well with others
Physical type work is a demand
Must be able to prepare work schedules and able to adjust to sudden changes in organizing workloads
Capable of working flexible hours
