Responsibilities
Perform advanced diagnostic and troubleshooting work across all systems — electrical, engine, drivability, and computer networks
Create clear, accurate repair plans and communicate findings with service advisors and techs
Assist or guide other technicians on complex repairs when needed
Keep up with GM training and the latest diagnostic technology
Qualification
Required
Strong diagnostic, electrical, and drivability skills
Solid computer and scan tool experience
Team-oriented, collaborative mindset
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Must provide your own tools
Preferred
3+ years of technician experience (diagnostics preferred)
ASE or GM Certification a plus
