The AV Installer/Technician will be responsible for installing and servicing various systems, ensuring quality and customer satisfaction throughout the process.

Responsibilities
Prewire, equipment mounting, speaker installation, home theater installation, network and telephone jacking, patch panel and 66 block terminations, all parameters of pre-final AV installation work and more
Open to continual learning of new products, upgrades, and software programs related to systems, and training
Interact and coordinate with high end clientele, designers and contractors
Be responsible for the overall organization and managing the implementation and completion of projects
Testing and troubleshooting of various kinds of systems
Ensure that all the work is completed in a craftsman-like manner, cleaned up afterwards and to the satisfaction of the customer
Manage any discrepancies that affect the quality, function or safety of the specified system
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualification
Required
Experience in installing and servicing Audio / Video systems, CCTV surveillance, access control, data and telephone systems
Ability to assist/install and troubleshoot systems from beginning to end
Strong customer service orientation
Hands-on experience

Team player with a great attitude
Ability to prewire, mount equipment, install speakers, and perform home theater installation
