Clipp is seeking a reliable and experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support their highly automated production equipment. The role involves diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical issues, performing routine preventive maintenance, and ensuring the safety of operations.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on presses and production equipment

Work with 480V panels, wiring, motors, and controls

Perform routine preventive maintenance

Use schematics and manuals to troubleshoot efficiently

Maintain safety and LOTO procedures

Qualification

Industrial maintenance experience480V electrical knowledgeMechanical skillsBlueprints/schematics readingBasic PLC knowledge

Required

3+ years of industrial maintenance experience

Strong hands-on mechanical skills (bearings, belts, pumps, etc.)

480V electrical knowledge (motor controls, panels, wiring)

Ability to read blueprints/schematics

Comfortable working 2nd or 3rd shift if needed

Preferred

Experience in print, packaging, food & beverage, or manufacturing

Basic PLC knowledge is a plus
