Mid, Senior LevelConstructor is a next-generation platform for search and discovery in ecommerce, and they are seeking a Solutions Architect to drive product initiatives and technical outcomes with their client base. This role involves collaborating with customers to optimize Constructor’s AI-Powered eCommerce Search and Product Discovery Platform, supporting various teams, and contributing to the company strategy and product roadmap.

Responsibilities
Drive a diverse set of product initiatives and technical outcomes with current clients and prospective customers
Collaborate closely with customers, understanding their needs and goals, and effectively demonstrate how Constructor’s platform can be optimized to meet their expectations
Support the Account Management team, Customer Success team, and Product organization
Provide thought leadership and write clear, value-driven documentation
Develop a deep understanding of Constructor’s search and product discovery platform, its features, capabilities, and integration methods
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to articulate Constructor's differentiation to prospects
Bridge the gap between engineering and business teams, ensuring seamless communication and problem-solving in a technical environment
Qualification
Required
Strong technical background in enterprise eCommerce
Experience with Cloud technologies
Experience with data science and analytics/testing principles
Experience with SaaS
Experience with solution design
Experience with software development methodology
Understanding of security requirements
Familiarity with SaaS architectures
Experience with enterprise integrations
Ability to present to prospects and partners
Ability to develop a deep understanding of Constructor's search and product discovery platform
Ability to stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies
Prior experience working with APIs
Experience with data structures
Experience with testing and analytics
Experience with software integrations
Working knowledge of front end software development principles and processes
Expertise in APIs and integration with them
Experience working in retail eCommerce
Ability to comprehend complex data structures and prescribe best practices to optimize them
Familiarity with data science and statistics principles
Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and analytics
Ability to explain AI and Machine Learning concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to bridge the gap between engineering and business teams
