Must enroll in a Teacher's Education Program if hired without completing one
Satisfactorily demonstrate active pursuit towards meeting Hawaii licensing requirements within each year of employment

Preferred

Valid Special Education license from the Hawaii Teacher Standards Board
Special education classroom experience in a K-12 school setting
Plan and facilitate Individualized Education Plan (IEP) meetings
