Responsibilities
Provides excellent customer service while administering the sales and distribution of game tickets in person and by phone at Goodyear Ballpark
Balances cash and credit card receipts and tickets at the beginning and end of each shift
Provides information regarding pricing, availability, and seating locations throughout the ballpark
Troubleshoots customer mobile ticket issues
Qualification
Required
At least one year of customer service experience
At least one year of cash handling or sales experience
Experience selling tickets through a ticketing system such as Tickets.com ProVenue
Preferred
General knowledge of smartphones and digital ticketing
