Responsibilities
Lead a design team of 3 people
Work alongside the art director lead
Conceptualise designs ideas and manage executions
Art directs and execution for any other projects
Build a seamless and efficient design process
Join morning calls to learn all news for that day (Relay stories to team)
Work alongside stream team to ensure all assets are ready for shows
Qualification
Required
Watches daily content on Crypto
Watches the charts, daily
Is an experienced art director or designer who knows how to brief a team
Is a fellow degen!
Watches Crypto Youtube channels regularly and understands the mechanics behind YouTube's backend
Strong understanding of click through rates
Has strong copywriting and communication skills
Can lead an international team of 5+ people with ease
Hard worker and works well under pressure/time constraints
Can turn crypto news stories into YouTube thumbnails (concept and execution)
