H&K Equipment is the premier supplier of heavy-duty material handling equipment in Pittsburgh and the tristate area. They are seeking a Shop Service Technician with heavy equipment experience to service various types of material handling equipment and forklifts at their shop in Coraopolis, PA.

Responsibilities

Inspect, diagnose, and service heavy lift equipment (diesel, electric, or LP) to diagnose technical problems
Determine required repairs
Maintain equipment service records
Conduct regular preventative maintenance tasks
Test mechanical equipment after repair or assembly to guarantee proper performance and compliance with the manufacturer's specifications
Hydraulic and diesel experience necessary
Strong electrical aptitude necessary
AC electrical drive experience helpful
Prior mechanical and technical experience on large mobile equipment preferred
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test, physical exam, and background check
