Manufacturing

Responsibilities

Program, set up, and run EDM machines from SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or DXF files
Perform troubleshooting & preventive maintenance
Use hole popper to create start holes in die blocks
Inspect components and ensure quality specs are met

Required

High school diploma or GED
Tool & Die Apprenticeship or equivalent experience
Advanced blueprint reading, GD&T, and measurement skills
CAD/CAM proficiency (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, DraftSite CAD)

Preferred

3+ years Wire EDM operation experience
