The role involves troubleshooting IT-related issues, supporting systems customers, and assisting in the installation and maintenance of IT devices.

Responsibilities
Provide basic support services and assistance
Perform routine information systems related tasks
Provide support to systems customers and/or to departmental staff for a variety of IT related issues
Identifying, tracking, documenting, researching, and resolving job issues or problem calls
Follow specific procedures for escalating high priority issues
Support IT professionals by performing routine systems testing and production work
Validating user manuals, procedures, and other instructional materials
Work on medium size office grade printers and high speed commercial printers
Assist in the installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting of information technology devices including personal computers, video display terminals, printers, cabling and other hardware
Capable of lifting office supplies and equipment of up to twenty pounds
Qualification

Two (2) years of highly specialized clerical experience involved in an information systems environment including the use or installation of desktop software and/or operating high-speed commercial printers
Customer Support and Desktop Support experience
1 year hands on experience in Desktop Support
Diagnosing scanner/printer, laptop, desktop and tablet issues experience
Experience in use and setup of IPhones and MFA
Knowledge of imaging and SCCM use
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Microsoft SurfaceBooks
High school diploma
Required to drive to 6 locations: Norwalk, Panorama City, Downtown LA, EL Monte, Torrance, Baldwin Park
