New Grad, Entry LevelPLASKOLITE is seeking an Extrusion Technician to join their team. The role involves essential tasks such as counting and packaging finished products, detecting quality defects, and maintaining a clean work area while adhering to safety policies.

Responsibilities
Counting and packaging finished products (including quantity)
Detecting quality defects
Preventing contamination of material
Housekeeping in work area, including equipment
Peeling and grinding plastic
Following instructions of lead person and help other line operators
Communicating any maintenance/equipment problems observed
Follow safety policies
Complete all projects and duties as assigned
Firing up sheet lines
Clean grinders that are under lock-out/tag-out
Utilize idle time wisely i.e., clean, inquire, assist others
Understand how your job impacts the ISO-9000 policy
Qualification
Required
Must possess math skills for counting, addition, subtraction, and multiplication
Must have excellent attendance and work records
Must be able to stand for long periods
Must possess the ability to read schedules, product information, and technical language
Willingness to work overtime when necessary or required
Preferred
Manufacturing experience a plus
High school education preferred
