Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair machinery, equipment, and building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, welding, and fabrication)
Perform preventive and scheduled maintenance on production, packaging, and processing equipment
Install, test, and troubleshoot new equipment to ensure smooth operation
Partner with production teams and leadership to quickly address issues and keep efficiency high
Record maintenance activities, hours, and service details with accuracy
Read and interpret technical documents, electrical schematics, service manuals, and work orders
Step in for emergency breakdown repairs and keep operations running
Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and help drive a culture of safety and reliability

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
1–2 years of maintenance work in a manufacturing or industrial setting

Safety-first mindset and commitment to quality
Team player who can also work independently

Preferred

Associate's or Bachelor's in a related field
