Central Garden & Pet is looking for a Quality Support Technician to help maintain product quality on the production floor. This role involves inspecting products, recording inspection results, and supporting production with labeling and documentation to ensure company standards are met.

Responsibilities

Inspect products during and after production for quality and accuracy
Record inspection results and maintain basic quality logs
Handle and organize labels, tags, and packaging materials; verify accuracy before use
Keep the quality area clean and organized
Assist production and inventory teams as needed
Perform general housekeeping duties in the plant or warehouse

Basic computer skillsAttention to detailRF Scanning experienceManufacturing experienceBilingual (English/Spanish)Communication skillsTeamwork abilities

Required

High attention to detail and reliability
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Able to follow written and verbal instructions
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be able to sit, bend, twist, stoop, stand and walk for at least 3 hours at a stretch, over an 8 or 10-hour shift, with 15-minute breaks
Ability to lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 lbs

Preferred

Prior RF Scanning experience a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Previous manufacturing or quality experience preferred but not required
