Responsibilities

Gathers data used for creation of topographical maps

Compile information necessary to stake projects for construction using engineering plans

Compare survey computations with applicable standards in order to determine adequacy of data

Responsible for boundary survey calculations analysis and final map checking, abstracting title data and client relations

Qualification

Surveyor-in-Training certificationLevel II Certified Survey TechnicianBoundary survey calculationsTopographical maps creationClient relationship buildingCommunication skills

Required

Surveyor-in-Training certification by the Nevada Board of Land Surveying, or

Level II Certified Survey Technician certification

5 years of progressive experience in the industry

Strong communication skills both oral and written

Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external clients
