Responsibilities
Troubleshooting and Diagnostics: Identifying mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in equipment and facilities, using diagnostic tools and techniques
Preventive Maintenance: Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment operates efficiently and to minimize downtime
Repairs and Modifications: Conducting repairs on machinery and equipment, as well as making modifications or upgrades to enhance performance and safety
Compliance and Safety: Adhering to all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards, including GMPs and SOPs, to ensure a safe working environment
Documentation: Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections to track equipment performance and compliance
Collaboration: Working closely with production teams and other maintenance staff to address equipment issues promptly and support production goals
Training and Development: Continuously updating skills and knowledge related to new technologies, equipment, and maintenance practices
Qualification
Required
Identifying mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in equipment and facilities, using diagnostic tools and techniques
Performing routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure equipment operates efficiently and to minimize downtime
Conducting repairs on machinery and equipment, as well as making modifications or upgrades to enhance performance and safety
Adhering to all safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards, including GMPs and SOPs, to ensure a safe working environment
Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections to track equipment performance and compliance
Working closely with production teams and other maintenance staff to address equipment issues promptly and support production goals
Continuously updating skills and knowledge related to new technologies, equipment, and maintenance practices
2-3 years of experience in maintenance
