Responsibilities
Works in the housekeeping department, includes extensive daily cleaning, mopping, disinfecting the veterans rooms and the entire building
Discuss evaluations and performance, provide by the Custodian Supervisor A, which she recommends disciplinary actions when needed, and conflict resolution
Assure Quality Assurance through audits and staff in-services, aiding in improvement in the custodian department and adherence to policy and procedure standards
Reports resident complaints and incidents, collaborating with Custodian Supervisor A to ensure all complaints and incidents are properly handled
Safety, maintain a safe, clean and effective work environment for residents and employees
