The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills and knowledge of lighting retrofit strategies while ensuring compliance with safety policies and regulations.

Responsibilities
Comply with FSG safety policies
Install lighting fixtures, lamps, ballasts, controls, or other items associated with lighting systems
Work in a safe manner so as not to damage or disturb customer's facilities
Work from ladders, scaffolds, or roofs to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures
Perform physically demanding tasks while conveying knowledge of basic/specialized tools and equipment throughout the service job/work order process
Must understand and conform to Government/Local regulations and ordinances as well as any/all required Safety Guidelines
Qualification
Required
Must be based within a 60 mile radius of Brownsville, TX
Must be able to travel 10 days on, 4 days off
High School Diploma or General Education Degree
At least 2-4 years of lighting and electrical experience
Valid driver's license
Willingness to travel
Must be reliable
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Positive customer service skills
Preferred
Lighting and retrofit experience preferred
