Responsibilities
Prepares and delivers instruction for assigned classes; manages the adult classroom
Maintains current and accurate records of student performance and attendance
Assigns and proctors online based exams through the Briggs and Stratton testing portal for the explicit purpose of credentialing students
Maintains the ability to source small engine machinery for classroom project facilitation
Submits reports/paperwork as required and in in accordance with guidelines/procedures
Assists with recruitment and retention of students
Other duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Completion of high school diploma/GED
One year of experience in a related field
Practical experience with small engines
Strong communication skills
Passion for teaching adult learners
