NXP Semiconductors is a leading semiconductor company, and they are seeking a Semiconductor Maintenance Technician specializing in Photo equipment. The technician will perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on various semiconductor manufacturing tools and ensure all safety, performance, and reliability requirements are met.

Responsibilities

Performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in Chandler Fab Photo equipment area

Troubleshooting and repair of electrical and electronic systems

Troubleshooting and repair of pneumatic and mechanical systems

Scheduled maintenance

Consumable changes

Various other activities relevant to the success of the area

Complete documentation and train others

Effectively communicate using written and verbal skills

Stand for long periods of time (up to 12 hours)

Be physically able to perform required tasks which may include stooping, crawling in confined spaces, and lift/carry objects up to 50 pounds

Working compressed shifts, days or nights

Required

Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in Chandler Fab Photo equipment area

Effectively execute tasks required to maintain primarily the toolsets within the following tool groups: Photo equipment, ASML PAS5500 Scanners, Canon IW Steppers, TEL ACT8/MARK7 Tracks, Metrology equipment, KLA 8100 SEM, KLA 5100/5200 Overlay Inspection

Troubleshoot and repair electrical and electronic systems, pneumatic and mechanical systems

Conduct scheduled maintenance, consumable changes, and various other activities relevant to the success of the area

Have a solid understanding of SPC, 5s, FDC systems

Demonstrate problem solving skills

Interface with other internal and external groups to ensure all safety, performance, and reliability requirements are satisfied

Complete documentation and train others

Effectively communicate using written and verbal skills

Stand for long periods of time (up to 12 hours)

Be physically able to perform required tasks which may include stooping, crawling in confined spaces, and lift/carry objects up to 50 pounds
