GFI Digital is seeking a Shop Technician responsible for setting up new equipment and refurbishing used equipment. The role involves servicing and repairing office equipment in the shop facility while maintaining productivity standards and managing parts inventory.

Responsibilities

Sets up new equipment with all required accessories required to complete an order

Works will Field Technicians to acquire/increase working knowledge of electromechanical devices, application of service aids, and basic diagnostic technique

Maintains and manages parts inventory used to refurbish and repair equipment

Meets or exceeds appropriate productivity standards relative to assigned products as outlined by manager

Responsible for the maintenance and protection of company property

Completes all required administrative tasks (paperwork) in an accurate and timely manner

Performs other duties as assigned

Receives direction and performs assignments relative to refurbish, service, and repair of office equipment in the shop facility

Installs all equipment modifications and accessories on assigned equipment

Maintain productive and professional relationships with all GFI employees, customers, and vendors

Demonstrate excellent and positive team member skills
