Start in 2026 SummerPegasystems is seeking a Technical Writer Intern to help enable Pega Community users through effective technical content and documentation. The intern will work cross-functionally to document features for low-code application development and create user guides and knowledgebase articles that cater to various audiences.

Responsibilities
Work with a global multi-functional team to design and implement comprehensive documentation for Pega product features
Learn the design and implementation of technical documentation solutions
Identify and make recommendations for process and tool improvements that increase the efficiency and productivity of the technical documentation team
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in related field
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, (no prior experience required in publication tools)
Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with a proven ability to communicate and clearly present technical information to others
Effective collaborator who can provide constructive feedback diplomatically
