Qualification
Required
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
One to two years of experience as a non-invasive echocardiographic or vascular technician is necessary
BCLS certification
National Accreditation as a Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) required
Students that have trained in the Vascular Lab can be hired but must become RVT within six months or their position will be eliminated
