Analyzing the situation and developing a plan of action that will return the assignment to its pre-loss condition
Performing all the documentation that is necessary, communicating with our direct client and providing superior Customer Services
Leading others in projects and helping them develop
Qualification
Required
Ability to analyze situations and develop a plan of action to return assignments to pre-loss condition
Solid skills with industry standards
Ability to perform assignments independently or lead a team of technicians
Perform necessary documentation

Preferred
Experience in fire restoration, mold remediation, or content cleaning
Previous leadership experience in a similar role
