Learn and apply troubleshooting techniques to repair office equipment
Assist with preventative maintenance to keep machines running smoothly
Use company software to track service calls and document repairs
Keep customers updated on service status in a friendly and professional manner
Maintain a properly stocked service vehicle with tools and parts
Continue learning through on-the-job training, manuals, and online courses
Qualification
Required
Mechanical or technical aptitude – If you've fixed cars, appliances, or computers, you're a great fit!
Eager to learn – We'll teach you, but you should be curious and proactive
Good problem solver – You enjoy figuring things out and troubleshooting issues
Self-motivated & team player – Work independently but know when to ask for help
Valid driver's license & clean driving record – You'll be traveling to customer sites
Preferred
Networking or IT knowledge is a plus, but not required
