They are seeking an Entry Level Restoration Technician to assist in various remediation tasks, including setting up drying equipment and demolition work.

Responsibilities

Bringing equipment into the customers house and assisting in setting up drying equipment
Removal of damaged drywall, insulation, carpeting, hardwood and tile flooring
Demolition and hauling debris out of the customers house
Post demolition cleaning
Leaving jobsites with a clean and orderly appearance
Structural drying
Working in attics and crawlspaces
Documenting job and taking photos in a mobile app

Required

Very good communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Some construction knowledge needed and ability to use hand tools/power tools
Ability to follow procedures
Ability to navigate through smartphone/tablet and use mobile apps that are critical to our business
Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and/or online documentation
Ability to think and make competent decisions
Be able to both work independently and/or with a team
Excellent attention to detail
Our main goal is customer satisfaction, so it is important to have EXCELLENT communication skills with our customers and team
Be reliable, dependable, punctual
Full-time position
Ability to meet the physical demands of the tasks associated with this position
Ability to pass a criminal background check and random drug tests
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Preferred

IIRC (WRT, ASD, FRST, AMRT) certifications
