Responsibilities
Operate and maintain production equipment
Follow production schedules and processes and ensure deadlines are met
Complete parts inspection and testing
Maintain accurate production records of building, scrapping and testing parts
Practice independence in prioritizing tasks
Monitor production processes and communicate solutions for production challenges with team leadership and other departments
Follows established guidelines for safe material handling and use of protective gear
Assist in the creation of documentation
Qualification
Required
2+ years experience in manufacturing or role with equivalent skillsets
Attention to detail
Follow instructions
Process oriented
Capable of working within a team and independently
Ability to problem solve
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Dexterity/fine motor function
