Gurley Leep Automotive Family is a family-owned automotive group seeking a full-time Body Shop Mechanical Technician for their Smart Body Shop. The role involves performing all phases of collision repair, managing parts requirements, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities

All phases of collision repair (light to heavy), mechanical and framework

Identify and determine parts required for repair, review repair orders, work orders, and Body Shop Manager's estimate notes, follow warranty guidelines; notify Supervisor of any repair add-ons

Attention to detail – meticulous in work, detail-oriented, and strive to maintain high productivity levels

Maintain work area appearance and safety

Qualification

Required

Minimum 2 years of automotive body shop and/or collision repair experience

Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred

Auto Collision Repair (ICAR) or Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications are preferred, but not required
