Responsibilities
Safety Compliance: Uphold and advocate for a safe and compliant working environment
Communication & Instruction: Communicate effectively, following verbal and written instructions to ensure operational efficiency
Physical Stamina: Maintain stamina and focus while standing for extended periods
Climbing & Navigation: Navigate and climb conveyors and vertical ladders, demonstrating mechanical aptitude
Role Adaptability: Learn and adapt to various operational roles including operator, cuber, and forklift duties
Machinery Operation: Operate heavy machinery such as wheeled loaders and forklifts with proficiency
Additional Responsibilities: Execute additional responsibilities as directed by management
Physical Tasks: Perform various physical tasks including bending, squatting, stooping, sweeping, and shoveling
Tool & Equipment Use: Utilize tools and equipment with dexterity and precision
Workplace Safety: Adhering to all workplace safety protocols and guidelines
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma
Prior experience with forklift operation is highly desirable
A background in electrical work, welding, and fabrication is advantageous
