Indoor swimming pool maintenance, including water testing and equipment upkeep
Electronic lock systems troubleshooting and repair
PTAC unit maintenance and repair (hotel room A/C units)
Servicing hotel ice machines, washers, and dryers
Light plumbing: clogs, faucets, toilet repairs, etc
Light electrical: outlets, switches, basic wiring
General hotel facilities upkeep (guest rooms, public spaces)
Responding promptly to guest and staff repair requests
Keeping maintenance logs and following all safety procedures
Qualification
Required
Indoor swimming pool maintenance, including water testing and equipment upkeep
Electronic lock systems troubleshooting and repair
PTAC unit maintenance and repair (hotel room A/C units)
Servicing hotel ice machines, washers, and dryers
Light plumbing: clogs, faucets, toilet repairs, etc

Preferred
Hotel maintenance experience preferred, but apartment or light commercial building maintenance is acceptable
Pool chemical knowledge and repair experience required
1–3 years of maintenance experience is ideal
