Lead Interior Cabinet Technician - 2nd Shift

The Lead Interior Cabinet Technician will lead the modification, repair, refurbishment, and fabrication of aircraft cabinets, ensuring quality checks and training team members.

Responsibilities

Independently manage cabinet modifications and installations by communicating with the CAE Director of Maintenance and various other departmental staff, determining flow for completing assignments
Perform quality checks, supervise and assign personnel on daily activities
Perform training, coaching and mentoring of team members to develop the job knowledge and performance of Interior Techs
Prepare and deliver annual performance evaluations of assigned team members
Assist with engineering on design for major modification projects
Completely removes, repairs and modifies aircraft cabinets with little or no supervision
Work independently on projects
Perform daily turnover sheets, work order processes and tooling when required
Assist with training to ensure job knowledge and performance of interior personnel
Effectively and clearly communicate (i.e., speak, write, read) in English
Any other job-related duties as assigned by supervisor or management

Required

Advanced knowledge of aircraft cabinets and interior installations
