Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment units and common areas

Respond to resident service requests in less than 3 hours

Ability to operate various hand and power tools

Experience in repairing and or maintaining at least most of the following: Electrical Systems, Plumbing, Appliances, Flooring, Carpentry, Heating and air systems, Pools

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and rotating on-call responsibility for after-hours emergencies
