Responsibilities

Triage and obtain patient history

Identify patients at risk for arrest and initiate CPR

Place IVC's and advanced catheters like Jugular catheters, Central Lines or PICC lines

Monitor and care for Ventilator Cases

Work along side other skilled technicians and assistants in providing excellent, advanced medicine to your patients

Have a passion for mentoring and training other co-workers

Feel gratification of nursing critically ill patients back to health and reunite them with their pet parents

Required

Experience as a Veterinary Technician

Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Ability to triage and obtain patient history

Ability to identify patients at risk for arrest and initiate CPR

Ability to place IVC's and advanced catheters like Jugular catheters, Central Lines or PICC lines

Ability to monitor and care for Ventilator Cases

Ability to work alongside other skilled technicians and assistants

Passion for mentoring and training other co-workers

Desire to care for critically ill patients
