Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service as you safely load, transport, and deliver items to customers' homes
Variety of installations: motorized shades and draperies, lighting fixtures and panels as well as exterior lighting and shades products
Familiar with pre-wire environments and new construction homes and safety protocols and best practices
Read blueprints and wire a house or commercial property accordingly
Experience with low voltage wiring, trim and final install processes
Networking background to include wiring, installation, and programming of wireless access points, routers, and switches a plus
Experience with Audio/Video installs shade solutions, CCTV IP camera wiring, and installation a plus
Troubleshooting and problem-solving issues with programming, installation, or maintenance
Qualification
Required
An eagerness to learn and work hard as part of a growing team is required
Self-motivated, ability to work independently, and be accountable for work quality
Ability to work well with others, have a customer service-oriented mindset, and strong work ethic
We require a clean driving record and background check
Candidates must have reliable transportation and basic tools for working with low-voltage equipment
Preferred
Experience with low voltage wiring, trim and final install processes
Networking background to include wiring, installation, and programming of wireless access points, routers, and switches a plus
Experience with Audio/Video installs shade solutions, CCTV IP camera wiring, and installation a plus
