Ability to communicate effectively - with customers, tech support, dispatch routing, and management

Ability to make decisions in a timely fashion

Ability to work both independently and on a team

Basic Computer Skills and iPad working knowledge

Technical/Mechanical Aptitude

Dispatch from your home to customer locations to repair residential home appliances

Process transactions related to in-home repairs

Collect payments, issue receipts, and electronically process repair records, customer data, and technical information via a company-issued tablet or laptop

Required

2+ years experience as a Full Line Appliance Repair Technician (refrigeration, cooking, cleaning, laundry)

Willing to undergo a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background check, and driver's license check

Capable of lifting or maneuvering 50 pounds and occasionally up to 125 pounds
