IT Help Desk Technician
Nexis Builds is a company that constructs buildings and the technology that powers them. They are seeking an IT Help Desk Technician to provide essential support to their team by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, maintaining systems, and ensuring effective communication with users.

Responsibilities
Be the first line of defense Answer IT support requests via email, chat, and phone
Solve tech problems fast Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues to keep our team moving
Keep our systems running Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, and peripherals
Manage user accounts & permissions Administer systems like Active Directory and Office 365
Enhance security & efficiency Apply security updates, follow IT best practices, and educate users
Document solutions Keep clear records of troubleshooting steps and system changes
Work with a collaborative IT team Escalate complex issues and contribute to process improvements
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED required (IT coursework or degree is a plus)
1+ years of IT support experience (Help Desk, Desktop Support, or equivalent)
Experience with customer service & technical troubleshooting you know how to keep users happy
Preferred
IT Certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or similar preferred)
