Transdev is a leading mobility company operating across the U.S., and they are seeking an Automotive / Diesel Technician to join their team in Atlantic City, NJ. The Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and longevity of the vehicles by performing repairs, routine maintenance, and advanced troubleshooting tasks.

Responsibilities

Perform repairs and replacements on automotive engines, ensuring optimal functionality

Assist A-Level and B-Level Mechanics in advanced diagnostic and repair tasks, contributing to efficient workflow

Execute routine maintenance tasks to prevent breakdowns and optimize diesel engine performance

Lead diagnostic tests to accurately identify complex issues and determine comprehensive repair strategies for diesel engines

Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair tasks on engines, including overhauling and rebuilding components to required specifications

Other duties as required

Required

Dodge, Chevy, Ford experience preferred

ASE certifications required; ASE certification program provided

Mechanic's Tool Set

Must be able to work shifts or flexible work schedules as needed

Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason

Be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future (if based in the U.S.)

Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen

Vacation: up to 14 days after one (1) year of employment.
