New Grad, Entry LevelNational Church Residences is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join their team at Mid Tule Village Apartments. This position is responsible for maintaining the property’s 50 apartment units, handling day-to-day repairs, and preparing vacant apartments for new residents.

Responsibilities
Perform general apartment maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC troubleshooting, appliances, carpentry, and painting)
Complete make-ready duties including cleaning, patching, painting, and ensuring units are move-in ready
Maintain the exterior and common areas of the property
Respond to service requests in a timely and professional manner
Ensure safety, cleanliness, and functionality of all building systems
Communicate with property management regarding needed repairs or supplies
Qualification
Required
Previous experience in apartment maintenance, facilities, or a similar role
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Must have reliable transportation and basic maintenance tools
