SERVPRO Team Wilson is a family-owned business dedicated to providing restoration services to the community. As a Water Damage Restoration Technician, you will be responsible for restoring properties affected by water damage, performing mitigation services, and ensuring job sites are maintained in an orderly manner.

Consumer Services

Responsibilities

Prepare work vehicles with necessary equipment and supplies
Set up staging areas and equipment for projects
Perform restoration processes efficiently and according to guidelines
Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and vehicles
Adhere to safety protocols and communicate effectively with team members
Conduct end-of-day cleanup and ensure job sites are left orderly

Qualification

Restoration experienceMultitaskingCommunication skillsAttention to detailSelf-motivation

Required

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 100 pounds with assistance
Comfortable working in varying temperatures and environments, including tight spaces and heights
Willingness to participate in a 24-hour on-call rotational schedule for emergency services
Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail in fast-paced environments

Preferred

Previous experience in restoration or similar field preferred
