Associates degree in electronics or mechanical, military training, or 5+ years relevant work experience

3+ years maintaining equipment in one or more Wafer Fab functional areas such as Diffusion/LPCVD, EPI, Etch, Thin Films, Implant, Photolithography, and CMP
