Perform diagnostics and repairs on various vehicle makes and models
Utilize advanced tools and equipment to ensure accurate assessments
Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality service
Maintain thorough documentation of services performed
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries
Stay updated on industry trends and technologies
Train and mentor junior technicians as needed
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Master/Journeyman Technician or similar role
Strong knowledge of automotive diagnostics and repair techniques
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
Excellent mechanical knowledge across various vehicle systems
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
Preferred
ASE certification preferred
Experience with transmissions and other specialized repairs is a plus
