Troon is managing The Golf Club At Lansdowne, a part of the Lansdowne Resort in Leesburg, Virginia. They are seeking a Greenskeeper/ Equipment Technician to support the Agronomy Department by maintaining the golf course and assisting with equipment maintenance to ensure a world-class golf experience for members and guests.

Responsibilities

Complete assigned tasks within given time limits

Drive a maintenance vehicle

Drive a tractor

Operate several different types of mowers

Perform manual labor as needed such as:

Hand-watering areas without irrigation

Rake bunkers

Snow removal

Assist with handling preventative maintenance, repairs, and setup of all equipment and licensed vehicles used by the crew at the ground's maintenance facility

Inspect, replace/repair a wide variety of machinery used to keep the golf grounds in good condition

Assist in the maintenance of inventory of parts and supplies

Assist with organizing maintenance records, parts manuals, and tools

Keep the shop clean and orderly
