Innovative Renal Care is one of the largest dialysis service providers in the U.S., dedicated to delivering high-quality care to patients with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) and other kidney conditions. They are seeking a Dialysis Patient Care Technician to provide hands-on care, monitor patients during treatment, and maintain a safe and compassionate care environment.

Responsibilities

Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
Measure and record vital signs and treatment data
Assist with machine setup and patient preparation
Observe and report patient responses to treatment
Maintain a safe, compassionate, and professional care environment

Qualification

Dialysis technician certificationBLS/CPR certificationHealthcare experiencePatient careComfort with bloodNeedles

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Strong desire to care for patients with chronic kidney disease
Comfort working around blood and needles
Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)

Preferred

Healthcare experience (CNA, MA, EMT, or similar)
Dialysis technician certification from BONENT, NNCC, NNCO, or a state-approved body (required for experienced PCTs)
