Responsibilities

Assist in providing a safe, beautiful and peaceful environment according to company policy, State and Joint Commission regulations, local building codes and OSHA
Tasks may include carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, drywall repair or installation, painting, roofing, mechanical repair, landscaping, gardening and other duties related to onsite light duty construction and maintenance
May be required to perform housekeeping, grounds and security duties as needed

Required

High School Diploma or General Education Diploma
CPI, CPR and First Aid certification
Valid Drivers License
Minimum of two years experience in the maintenance or construction industry
Able to use or compute basic mathematical calculations
Able to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, maintenance procedures and job assignments/instructions
Able to read blueprints, shop drawings or other work specifications and diagrams
