Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including rooftop units (RTUs), chillers, boilers, DX equipment, fan systems, and refrigeration units

Perform routine service, maintenance, and warranty work to ensure optimal system performance

Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and recommend necessary repairs or upgrades

Track and document work performed, including obtaining purchase orders and completing service reports

Travel to customer locations to provide on-site service and repairs

Train apprentices and junior technicians

Communicate effectively with customers regarding service recommendations and system performance

Assist in ordering necessary parts and materials for repairs and maintenance
