Responsibilities
Assisting in facilitation of regulatory audits, including taking notes and researching regulatory inquiries
Helping to identify regulatory risk present in audits
Researching policies and procedures, editing and modifying old policies, and confirming regulatory citations to maintain accuracy
Assisting in building training documentation based on new regulatory implementations
Research existing and new federal law requirements
Gathering and inventorying regulatory requirements
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent is required
Current Rising Junior or Senior in an accredited degree program or graduated within the last 6 months is required
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite to include Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Effective listening and critical thinking skills
Dependable, flexible and ability to maintain confidential information
Effective problem-solving skills with attention to detail
