As Sr. Manager of Product Growth, Strategy & Operations, you’ll advance growth initiatives, support product strategy, and improve operational efficiency while collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success.

Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with product and GTM teams to drive market adoption and accelerate growth of our products
Identify and vet new opportunities to grow and expand the business; drive execution planning in collaboration with cross-functional teams (channels, GTM, partnerships, sales)
Develop and synthesize the optimal set of data & analytics to identify high-leverage product growth opportunities
Build product line view of the state of the business with narratives for executive consumption in quarterly business reviews
Define and measure the success of new capabilities in market, and bring in customer feedback to constantly improve the product and drive growth in KPIs
Commission research on our products and/or future trends with industry analysts or market research firms
Identify gaps and market adjacencies, and devise plans to aggressively go after them through buy, build, or partnership approach
Lead high-ambiguity projects with tight timelines sponsored by senior/executive leadership
Actively promote a culture of innovation, inclusion, and team-work
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or technology product management
Strong background in networking and cybersecurity, with the ability to clearly communicate the value of highly complex products to non-technical audiences
Strategic thinker who brings a structured approach to problem solving, takes a data driven approach to decision making, and has an eye for detail
Highly effective communicator with strong executive presence
Skilled collaborator who is open to ideas that are different from their own, can build strong cross-functional working relationships, and can collaborate effectively
Passionate self-starter who is eager to learn and can thrive in fast-paced, high-ambiguity settings
Advanced degree (MS/MBA/PhD) from a top-tier institution is required
