Work with and assist in supervision of paralegals and support staff. Maintain the highest quality of work-product while helping clients achieve their goals and ensure firm policies and procedures are being followed
Monitor progress and develop strategies to effectively bring files to resolution
Develop and grow client relations

Required

License to practice law in Arizona required
Detailed knowledge of law and extensive experience related to creditors' rights legal representation (real estate, foreclosure, litigation)
Working knowledge of the rules of civil procedure and their application to foreclosure matters
Knowledge of Federal and State consumer protection statutes
Arizona barred for 8+ years
5+ years' experience in Creditors' Rights
Exercise a high-degree of professionalism
Creative problem solving; client development; leadership and motivational skills
Intermediate to advanced-level computer and general office skills
Ability to effectively communicate verbally and through written and electronic correspondence
Bachelor's Degree required
J.D. from an accredited law school
Membership in the Arizona Bar
